WE HAVE 4 BATHROOMS

2 of the 4 bathrooms are accessible and large (as pictured). They can be used as dressing rooms if necessary.

GREEN ROOM

WE DO NOT HAVE A SPECIFIED GREEN ROOM

We do have a common area with a couch, some chairs and a table that many productions use as a green room alternative.

THE DARK STUDIO

We also have a separate studio (Dark Side Studio) that you can add on to your warehouse rental, which can be used for this purpose. There is a curtain separating this from the warehouse, but no closed door.

KITCHENETTE

OUR KITCHENETTE IS AVAILABLE TO BE USED

Our kitchenette has a countertop with a mini fridge and a microwave on. There is no sink with running water other than in the washrooms.

The is a water cooler in the common area with drinking water.

PLACE GARBAGE IN THE BIN OUTSIDE THE TOOL ROOM

We accept up to 4 garbage bags per shoot per week and unlimited recycling.
If you have more than 4 garbage bags, you'll need to dispose of them at York 1 Garbage Disposal (Loads weighing less than 100kg): $15
