Recording Sound
There may be other people working in the building. If you're recording sound, we'll take measures to minimize noise and disruption.
Window Black Out
$300 fee to black out all the windows before you arrive. $750 to cover the lower window openings with a fake brick facade.
Rent Scissor Lift
$200/day or $500/week. A valid Working at Heights certificate is required, plus $2M CGL insurance including operation of rented/leased equipment. Model: SkyJack 3226 III.
Wet Down
$50 · Warehouse only.
