CLOSING INSTRUCTIONS
Complete each step in the order provided.
Do not skip any steps.
STEP 1: SHAW STREET DOORS
SHAW STREET DOORS
STEP 1:
CLOSE & LOCK SHAW GARAGE DOOR
Go to the exterior of the Shaw St. garage door, slide closed if open and secure the padlock in place.
CLOSE SHAW STREET DOOR
Pull the shaw street door shut and make sure the latch closes
CANE BOLT GARAGE DOOR
From the inside, slide the cane bolt down to lock the door.
STEP 2: TURN OFF LIGHTS
TURN OFF LIGHTS
STEP 2:
LOCATE THE REMOTE
Use the remote on the middle beam to turn off the lights in the Warehouse & Dark Studio
SECOND REMOTE LOCATION
There is also a remote located on top of the breaker box.
STEP 3: PARKING LOT DOOR
PARKING LOT DOOR
STEP 3:
CLOSE PARKING LOT GARAGE DOOR
Use the rope to pull the garage door closed.
LOCK GARAGE DOOR
Lock the door by sliding the two levers on the left and right side of the door closed
STEP 4: ARM ALARM & LOCK DOOR
ARM ALARM & LOCK DOOR
STEP 4:
ENTER YOUR CODE AND PRESS 'AWAY' TO ARM
You will have a 60 sec countdown to exit the building. It will beep consistently to signal the countdown.
ALARM BEEPS
3 beeps and no countdown means something is wrong. Check that all the doors are closed properly.
LOCK PARKING LOT DOOR
Exit the parking lot door and lock it by pressing the ultraloq logo button.

EMERGENCY CONTACT
If all doors are closed and the alarm will not set text 365-675-4200 and we will override it.
STEP 5: LOCK GATE
LOCK GATE
STEP 5:
CLOSE GATES
Secure the gate closed with the cane bolt. Lock the gates together with the chain and padlock.
