ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS
UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS
OPENING - GATE
1. Open the gate padlock with your code
2. Hang the open padlock on the gate.
3. Secure the gate open with the chains.
ALARM - UNARM
1. Keypad is to your right in the black hallway.
2. Enter your code and press “STANDBY.”
3. If the alarm doesn’t stop the countdown beeps, call Michèle: 416-886-1231.
4. Alarm sounds in 1 minute if not disabled.
OPENING - PARKING DOOR
1. Enter your code on the keypad, then press the ultraloq logo
OPENING - SHAW GARAGE DOOR
1. Lift the canebolt from inside
2. Unlock the padlock with your code - Outside
3. Slide the garage door left to open (easier from inside).
4. Leave the padlock inside for easy access.
LOCKUP INSTRUCTIONS
LOCK UP SHAW DOORS
1. Lock the padlock on the outside of the black Shaw garage door.
2. Make sure the burgundy door is fully closed and latched from the inside.
3. Lock the cane bolt on the garage door from the inside
TURN OFF HOUSE LIGHTS
1. Turn off the ceiling lights using the remote.
LOCK GARAGE DOOR & ARM ALARM
1. Hook the two side levers to lock the garage door
2. Ensure all doors are closed before setting the alarm.
i) Enter your 4-digit code on the alarm keypad by the backdoor, then press “AWAY.”
ii) A countdown will start. If not, a door isn’t fully closed. Call or text us at 416-886-1231 (twice if on silent) for override.
iii) You have 1 min. to exit through the back parking lot door.
LOCK DOOR & PARKING GATE
1. Press the “ultraloq” logo to lock the door.
2. After exiting the lot, close both gates, secure with the cane bolt, and lock with the padlock and chain. *If padlock is locked, unlock with the same code as alarm.
3. Text 365-675-4200 when done so we can make sure everything is locked properly.
